The Black Diamond Camalot Z4 redefines camming units, designed to be rigid in hand for precise placement yet flexible once set to prevent walking. Its narrow head width, reminiscent of the older C3 design, allows for deeper and tighter placements, making it an essential piece for technical traditional climbing.

At its core is the patent-pending RigidFlex stem, featuring independently floating trigger wires. Larger sizes benefit from a dual twisted cable construction for uniform flex, while smaller units utilize a single cable to reduce trigger profile and prevent buckling. Sandblasted lobes provide enhanced holding power, offering superior grip on the rock. Each unit is equipped with a lightweight, durable Dynex sling, color-coded for quick identification on your rack.
